Exhibition

The European Security Research Conference is an ideal place for showcasing different results and aspects of the European Security Research Area. Exhibitors and poster sessions has been an appreciated part of previous SRC-conferences.

In order to showcase on-going EU-projects as well as other projects, products or services available for the security research constituency an exhibition area will be present at the conference venue. Potential exhibitors are kindly invited to play an active role in the conference by participating in the exhibition which will be held parallel to the sessions. The exhibition is an excellent opportunity for any institution or company to present their projects, products or services to the conference participants. The exhibition will allow your company to meet participants on an individual basis.

Last date for ordering exhibition areas: 15.09.2009
The following possibilities can be ordered:

Rental of 6 square meters, including electricity (220 V, 10 A), Internet-Access (W-Lan), 1 table, 2 chairs, for 900 Euro excl. VAT at 25%. You can rent more than one module; every module includes the participation at the congress for two persons. The exhibitor is responsible for building and dismantling of his fair stand; the exhibition planning will take place in coordination with the conference office.
Building time: Monday, September 28th 2009, between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Dismantling time: Wednesday, September 30th 2009, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
